Of course, it helps when you’ve got an award-winning product to sell. But that doesn’t mean we take the process lightly. Our Sales teams really engage with our customers to understand their needs — whether they’re guiding them around a show house or helping them choose the fixtures and fittings that will help to make their future house a dream home.
The majority of our homes are sold before they’re built, so it’s down to us to update our customer on how the build is progressing, and keep them informed on legal matters from reservation to completion. Put simply, we take our customers on a journey — and success is all about making sure it’s as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Do well here, and you can look forward to uncapped commission and a variety of incentives. You won’t need previous experience of property sales to enjoy them either. As long as you’ve got a sales or customer service background, brilliant people skills and the right attitude, our training will take care of the rest.
