This extra financial incentive will ensure that you get to share in our success. All Redrow employees are eligible to receive either a performance-related bonus or commission – the details of individual schemes will be provided when you start.

This discount scheme will give you (plus your family and friends) the opportunity to enjoy savings on recognised brands across a wide range of goods. These include everyday items as well as large one-off purchases available in the high street and online. Travel and leisure offers are also available, as well as health and wellbeing activities, and much more.

pensionqualitymark_logo_cmyk_uncoatedNew starters joining Redrow will have the opportunity to join the Redrow Group Pension Plan, which provides a valuable pension and Life Assurance benefits. Membership is on a salary sacrifice basis (monthly employees only), which offers benefits to employees by way of reduced National Insurance contributions and, in addition to employer contributions, Redrow also pays 50% of its NIC savings into each pension. The monthly paid section of the Redrow Group Pension Plan has achieved the prestigious Pension Quality Mark. Redrow believes that a rewarding pension scheme is a key element within a desirable employer package, and we contribute to employee pensions at industry-leading rates.

If you’re on a monthly salary, you’ll get 24 days’ holiday, increasing every 2.5 years up to a maximum of 28 days after 10 years’ service. If you’re on our 4-weekly payroll, holidays start at 22 days and increase by a day at 5 and 10 years. You also have the flexibility to ‘sell’ some holiday in exchange for salary if this is more important to you.

Provided you’re a monthly salaried employee, you’ll be eligible to join our private healthcare scheme. (N.B: Some positions have a qualifying service requirement.)

Some positions will include eligibility for a company car, and employees will have the option to choose between a car from a defined list or a car allowance. This scheme allows you to trade up or down (subject to the rules of the scheme).

This scheme applies to all Redrow employees who pay for their child to attend a nursery, breakfast club or holiday club, or who use a registered/approved childcare facility. This money-saving programme involves exchanging salary for childcare vouchers.
