Housebuilder Redrow has been shortlisted for no less than 10 illustrious industry awards.
Seven Redrow developments are guaranteed a place in the UK Property Awards’ hall of fame after the housebuilder was shortlisted in seven categories. Each entry could scoop the top 5-star award and is guaranteed at least a Highly Commended at the high profile presentation being held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 18th October.
Redrow is also celebrating another potential trio of honours after three of its entries reached the final of the revered Housebuilder Awards – two in the category of Best Marketing Initiative, which Redrow has won for the last three consecutive years. The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Tower Hotel, London, on 7th November.
John Tutte, Group managing director for Redrow Homes, said: “We’re delighted with this recognition. Both awards attract entries from the very best in the business and we are hopeful of emulating the success we’ve had in previous years.”
The UK Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards, the world’s richest competition when measured by the value of the projects entered. A high-calibre jury of around 70 international experts judge the winning submissions.
Stuart Shield, president of the International Property Awards, said: “In such a highly industrialised region as the United Kingdom, the standards for excellence are very high. Winning companies have stood out from the crowd by creating unique and innovative properties that elevate the character and appearance of UK towns and cities.”
At the end of the year, the highest scoring winners from the UK Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Asia Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category.
