Take a look at our current openings by clicking ‘Apply Now’ – if you don’t see a role that’s right for you this time, you can also register for job alerts in this part of the site. That means you’ll be the first to know when a suitable role does open up.

 

As an expanding company Redrow is always looking for talented individuals to join the team. When you search to apply for a role, if you don’t find any suitable positions at that time we would encourage you to register for job alerts. By registering you will be able to state criteria for which you will receive email job alerts as and when new roles are posted to the Redrow site which match your criteria.

 

This will vary depending on the role you’ve applied for – for example, some of our roles involve a couple of interviews, others could involve assessment days. We’ll be able to let you know the specifics as soon as you’ve been shortlisted.

We’ll need you to bring evidence of your right to work in the UK along to your interview, and there could be other information we need to see at this stage, too. If you’re selected for an interview, we’ll give you all the details on what you need to bring in your invitation letter.

Of course – you’re welcome to apply for any roles that you have the skills and experience to do.

We’ll email you to let you know that we’ve received your application immediately, and we always aim to provide information as to whether you’ve been successful or not as quickly as possible.

Because we receive a high number of applications, we’re sorry but we’re not able to provide feedback.

If we don’t have the right role for you at the moment, just click ‘Apply now’ to register for job alerts and we’ll let you know when a suitable role becomes available.

We can only sponsor candidates for roles on the skills shortage list, and we review each case accordingly.

We have an industry-leading training centre in Tamworth. The centre is dedicated to the training of our employees, offering tailored inductions, guidance on the use of our in-house systems and a range of personal skills courses as well as comprehensive career development programmes. We take great pride in the development of our employees, which we think comes across in many of the personal stories on this site – you can also find out more about our training in the ‘What We Offer’ section.

 

 

For agencies

We do use recruitment agencies occasionally, but the majority of our vacancies are filled directly by our in-house recruitment team.

We have a preferred supplier list (PSL) of recruitment agencies that have successfully worked with us before, as they have a full understanding of our needs and the sector within which we operate. All PSL recruitment agencies provide ALL CVs through our on-line portal. No CVs will be accepted outside of this process.

We don’t accept speculative CVs. Any CVs sent in this way will not qualify as your ownership of the candidate.

We receive a huge amount of requests from agencies wanting to work with us, so it is difficult to get back to everyone. We are happy with the agencies that we’re currently working with and we don’t have any immediate plans to review our preferred supplier list. We use an on-line portal to communicate new vacancies to our PSL recruitment agencies and to receive CVs, therefore any CVs received outside of this process will not qualify as your ownership of the candidate.
