In the initial planning phases of a project, they’ll provide an estimate of how much everything will cost. Once things progress, they’ll then purchase all the materials and subcontractor services we need to successfully deliver the project which often involves a tendering process. And once work is actually underway, they’ll then monitor our costs to ensure the development is being built to budget.
It’s a challenge that requires a diverse range of talents. Our team includes Estimators, Buyers and Quantity Surveyors. Despite coming from a variety of disciplines, they all share the same objective: to deliver the best homes possible, at the best possible cost.
