Redrow is serious about nurturing young talent – our training programmes will equip you with the skills, knowledge and experience you need to embark on an exceptional career. They’re a great springboard to other, more senior roles, which is why we’ll be sure to invest in your training and development right from the start.
Opportunities with Redrow
Trainee Site Assistant Programme
Aimed at developing promising people within our business, trainees are generally chosen from our site-based teams; it could be that they’re working as a forklift truck driver, labourer or an apprentice, for example; or may be recruited directly onto the programme. Develop your career in construction using your existing skills, or bring with you practicality, problem solving and management potential from outside the industry, either way the programme is an excellent way to progress.
If you join us in any of those roles, this programme could be your next big step. It will give you the knowledge, understanding and experience you need to become an Assistant Site Manager, working towards an NVQ in Site Supervision as well as BTEC level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment.
The Trainee Site Assistant Programme represents a fantastic opportunity to join Redrow’s experienced and highly successful construction management teams. If this sounds like a challenge you would relish, we want to hear from you.
