It takes the talents of more than 2,300 people to do what we do. While many are involved in the planning, design, construction and selling of our homes, we need people with other vital skills too – in areas such as health & safety, HR, finance, IT, marketing, learning& development and administration – to provide Business Support. In terms of locations, there are a range of places you can join us. We have over 120 new homes developments operating from 14 divisions across England and Wales, with a separate division focused on bespoke developments in prime London locations.
Our headquarters is based at St David’s Park in the Welsh county of Flintshire, just a few miles from the vibrant city of Chester.
We also have divisional offices in Cheshire, Staffordshire, Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Essex, Northampton, Bristol, Basingstoke, Chatham, Cardiff, Exeter, Derby, Colindale and London. Harrow Estates – our specialist planning and regeneration business – is based in Cheshire.
